What I did like is it came with all new bolts and clips. It fit way better than the one I purchased from another company for the drivers side. The things I didn't like are that it is not for a grand caravan. I had to use a heat gun to melt the plastic on the heat/AC vent that runs through the door.so that it would clear the new motor. This was quite easy and really didn't bother me that much. The thing that I hate about it is that it interferes with the metal rod for the door latch. I have to push it back in after opening from the inside. Since this is almost exclusively a work van this will almost never be an issue. The one I purchased 2 years ago for the drivers side does the same thing. It does roll the window up and down but I would not recommend this part for a passenger vehicle.

Easy to install. Worked fine. Once you learn to manipulate it into the door frame it’s easy. I’d buy it again if I needed one

Keep in mind I work on cars and trucks for a living so install was easy about 30mins but there are YouTube videos that help a lot for first timers but the big plus all new hardware is on the new unit so no need to buy extra stuff would recommend this product

Took about 4 hours to install. Followed the several You Tube videos for instruction. It’s been installed for 2 weeks and so far, so good. It’s a good idea to lubricate with silicon spray after installation to avoid binding and make it last longer. Saved several hundred dollars by doing it myself.
