Installation
1.Remove the little hook with socket.
2.Remove the bolt with socket.
3.Install passenger side bracket, take your bolt and screw it in. If you want the bolt to be more stable, you can apply loctite glue to the bolt.

I liked it enough I bought 4 so we had one in all of our trucks. We used it to tow a 1 ton dually pickup for 15 miles. Worked quite nicely

4 stars because it looks great and fits great. Finish is all around durable! Haven’t tested the shackle yet but it seems like it will take an average workin load. I’ll have no worries when I do use it.

So I just received my shackle hitch receiver, and usually I could care less how it is packaged but it was packaged really nice I almost feel bad throwing the package away but I will survive.So the shackle hitch is machined out of solid 2 inch steel square bar I was worried that it was going to be a square tube but it is solid and seems very strong. I'm very happy with my purchase. I haven't tested it yet but as long as it doesn't break I'll be a happy camper.
