PRO: This fits the Canon 90D very well. The safety pin keeps the camera in place, you can still access the battery and memory card compartments while the camera is mounted in the cage, and there are plenty of options for attaching other components to the top and sides of the cage.CON: If you want to attach any sort of baseplate to the bottom you'll really only be able to do so with a single 1/4" threaded hole along the center, which means that the cage itself is prone to twisting relative to that baseplate. There are some other threaded holes (a half dozen 1/4" and a couple 3/8") along the bottom of the cage, but they appear to use non-standard spacing - at the very least, I've yet to find any sort of baseplate that is compatible with them - so if you want to mount this cage to a tripod or other camera rig then expect to adjust and re-tighten that connection throughout the day.

Solid construction, no instructions included by honestly you don't need em. It's pretty straightforward just use your brain kids! Comes with a A-Key which is basically all you need to put it together and the cold shoe Mounts makes mounting monitors and shotgun mics a breeze for my run & gun shots. Cage is Solid not much play whatsoever!
