Chair is super durable was easy to assemble with the very direct directions took less than an hour to put together, very sturdy and cushions are super soft and comfy. Must say it's a win. Customer service was A+ once I had contacted about a concern I had and they made sure my concern was meet and all my questions was answered. In love with my new addition to my home.

It's nice but the cushion is too thin, after sitting for about half an hour I can feel the hard slats under the cushion which is very uncomfortable. I'll have to add extra cushioning to this which is frustrating as papasan cushions are expensive. The box it came in was also unnecessarily difficult to get open - it's metal reinforced all the way around and I had to get help to just open the box. But it swings nicely, it's Very Large and the pillow isn't itchy. Sits quite low to the ground but I just took off the chain extensions and it's at a better height now.

I really like this chair. I did add an extra pillow to sit on, because if I was sitting in it for a long time, I could begin to feel the bottom of the chair through the cushion. We also added more chain, because I'm short and I wanted to be able to touch the ground while sitting in the chair. It does have a tendency to have a deep squeak sometimes when I'm swinging in it, rather like the old fashioned wooden screen doors would squeak. I don't mind the noise, but some people likely would. Overall, I'm enjoying it a lot and it seems like it will hold up well. I've had it 5 months with no problems.

The one thing that stands out with this product is quality. Quality shipping. Quality assembly instructions that are helpful and thorough. Quality fast service from the seller. And of course, a QUALITY heavy duty product that will last. The chair itself is roomy and comfortable.My only reservation at first was the shipping charge. PLEASE DON'T LET THE SHIPPING CHARGE STOP YOU. IT'S WORTH IT! First of all, since the chair and it's structure are so well built and long lasting, it is heavier material which means it can not be shipped in cardboard. It's shipped in a reinforced wooden box. Great care is taken to make sure everything inside is in perfect condition upon arrival. The reality is that other sellers hide the shipping cost in the price and claim free shipping. You're paying for it either way. I respect that this seller is upfront and does everything with care, intentionality, and quality.I do not work for this company. This is actually the first review I've ever written on Amazon. I'm just a guy in Ohio that bought this chair and was very impressed with the quality of this company overall. It's hard to find that anymore.

I've wanted an egg chair for SO long ... looked at so many. I am very happy that I chose this one. First of all, the seller is wonderful and promptly addressed concerns (the box was damaged during transit, but the contents ended up being perfectly intact and undamaged - was NOT the seller's fault). And, this chair is TRULY comfortable... VERY comfortable. The quality gets and A+, and ease of assembly (about 1/2 hour) was great. The cushions are really nice and offer the perfect amount of padding. They have zippers so that you can remove and wash them. I did not even add the tether - the chair stays facing primarily wherever you want it...and I don't mind a little 360 degree view once in a while! I added more pillows and they are sort of like arm rests .. I have ZERO complaints about this purchase ... and the price is FANTASTICALLY low for the product and its quality. HAPPY HAPPY !!!!!!!

We liked it so much for the comfort, nice upscale look, 2 person sitting area) that we put in living room ,NOT the screened porch originally had ordered it for. The beige is pretty and looks upscale with my decor which is a bit coastal with rattan chairs , large plush sectional, plush rug, etc in whites, grey, blues, and cream. The 2 seater in BEIGE is super comfy. I think the color makes it much more high end as it's beige and the stand is a darker bronze. The only cons are that I would like to have had a little thicker cushion. It looks fairly full and thick which is a plus, but just would like a bit more cushion. It was a little hard to assemble but worth every effort!! I plan to paint the silver industrial chains a beige metallic tone just to give it style . If in doubt, buy the 2 seater! So comfortable! It comes in a huge wooden box that has metal closures that need screwdriver to open. Definitely need a helper .. Great buy!
