We saw these listed as a commonly bought item along with our Amish-made porch swing. The length of the chains that came with our swing made it a bit high, so this was an easy way to lower it and also add that little bit of "give" to make it more comfortable to sit on. Great buy!

These springs are beautiful and added a terrific “bounce”to our spring on the swing next to our salt water. Time will tell how they resist rusting, but so far so good after 10 months.

Well made but designed for heavy duty suspending of hanging furniture. I will use it and pretty sure it’ll never wear out, but should have gone to local hardware store for normal porch swing hardware.

We bought these springs to put a little bounce on our swing in the yard. It holds up to 1600 pounds and even two big adults aren't 500 pounds. It is plenty of strength for the weight of our swing and two or three adults. They were easy to attach to the swing frame and then we attached the bottom to the swing chains. We like to bounce a little when we swing and its the perfect amount of bounce. We got the right springs for the job!
