Simple to operate. Very useful for those tricky, close situations. Worked great. Saved a lot of trouble.

It was perfect. It is very well built. It is very easy to pump and lift 40000 pounds. In order to make it that easy, it will take a lot of pumps, and it does. You don't lift 40,000 pounds in 10 pumps. Ignore those other reviews about slow pumping. My wife really likes it. She weighs 110 pounds.

This is very clearly cockeyed it will not hold pressure and is very clearly leaking. God forbid you use this on a car I guarantee you will get smushed. I can fix it myself but, that's go buy a whole new connector drill a hole, then use a tap and die on it...

Al momento de trabajar no bombea, tengo que dar como 10 veces en la palanca para que pueda coger presión. Es incómodo, he trabajado con otros cilindros y inmediatamente se bombea el se debe de activar, en este caso debe tener una avería. No me gustó.Lo otro es que la platina de base se suelta mucho.

Using this for a homemade jewelry press, and wanted one with a pressure guage. Bigger hydraulic jacks are faster but way more expensive with gauges, so I think this one is worth it. Seems sturdy and well built.

With this, you have 10 tons of very portable hydraulic power. It’s not like the jack that you pick up your car with. It doesn’t have that range but for picking up sidewalks that have slipped down or pushing a post up out of the ground. It is excellent. Very simple to operate, you just put the powerhead where you need it and jack the hydraulic handle and it’s as easy as that. 10 tons is a lot of power.

Was incredibly impressed on this one, used this tool to remove 15” bearings with ease, have completed 3 sets on bearings and going strong.Bang for your buck this has exceeded my expectations.

The jack failed after 15 minutes of use. Not sure if the problem was with the jack or the pump. The jack looked fairly substantial and well built. Returned it to Amazon.Revised review:Subsequent to my original review the seller reached out to me to try to rectify my disappointment with their product.I have returned the 20 ton jack and pump through Amazon and have ordered the 30 ton which comes with a more robust pump. Hopefully this will suit my needs. I’ll review again once I have received the new pump and have had an opportunity to use it.I am very satisfied with the customer support.

I wasn't able to unpack this until long after the return period expired. I wasn't too concerned, as the box was in very good shape. When I finally opened it I found the heavier parts inside an inner, very thick corrugated box and all looked good with no signs of fluid leaks.I set it up and tried to move the piston, but neither setting of the knob allowed any action or resistance on handle movement. Looking at the system more closely, I saw that the pressure gauge is mounted oddly. I saw this type of sealant in pictures in the listing, so I guess that is not a sure sign of rework.I wrote to the vendor at the suggested address. When they replied, they suggested I keep pumping. They also sent a video showing how to add fluid.I must have been close, because after another 20 strokes, the piston did move.Aside from the cockeyed gauge, it looks pretty well constructed, but be sure to test it quickly after receipt.
