The door/ handle is a poor design and the screws on my went right thru door! Waiting on replacement which is on back order. For the price I shouldn’t have any issues.

I bought this in August of 2020 it worked good.. now it will not hold set temp.. it is set for 32F but will only maintain 38F I have a call in to the factory but it is off warranty not sure what can be done. very expensive unit not to work after a couple years.

Very disappointed with Amazon…initial shipment and replacement were both damaged and possibly returns by previous customers (haphazard packaging). Also, the door handle was a bit difficult to assemble and the black finish on the sides scratches off easily. It’s not a stand alone item once you get it, I wouldn’t recommend spending this amount of money on a refrigerator you can’t see. By the way, your email confirmation email said Friday, was shipped Thursday night when I was not at home.

Although the door came in with some small dents it works fine so far . We use it for our outdoor covered sitting area. So far so good.

The door handle is a nightmare to install. Instructions say to remove 1/2 of the gasket but it gets torn up to remove. Don’t buy this.
