Pants are better than i expected from the reviews i read.mine have zero loose threads hanging.maybe they improved the process since those reviews were written,but pants are ok.cant comment on the fading issue,only washed once.minor shrinkage after washing.im a 34 waist,ordered a 36,and its fine after washing and hip pads installed.

Well, The material of this riding pants is very good, they don't feel cheap. Usually I am a size 34 on jeans and I fit just right on size 36 in this pants. I love the protectors that come with the pants.

These were nice. Runs kinda small in the thigh crotch area. But they did a great job of protecting hubby when he went down.i would order a size up next time if we order them again

Very nice pants but good luck with the sizing. I bought one size up in black and they were way too big so I returned them and bought my normal jean size 34x32. They were just a little big so I washed them and they shrunk a bit and fit perfectly. I love them so I bought another pair, this time in brown, same size and they were way too small! Had to return them. Also the hip pad doesn’t fit in the hip pocket. You have to trim the pad a bit. The knee pad Velcro is on the bottom of the pocket so if the Velcro comes apart the pad falls out.
