I wound up getting 2 pair of these cause the 1st pair was so nice and comfortable. The padding inserts are thick but stay in place well. I ride pretty much every day so I use them a lot. I've washed them many times they're holding up really nice, holding their color well and holding the pads in place well. They're pretty durable, and well made. They're fully lined with the Aramid mesh material and its thicker on the knees and butt. All the pockets are nice and big and sit where they don't feel tight when they're full of gear. They are a warmer pant for cold use with a pair of long unders. They're a good well made denim jeans with hip and knee pads. They'll make you a little wider in the hip.

A really good quality pair of riding jeans that look like traditional jeans with a great look. No spandex skinny jeans here. The thick 14oz denim is much thicker than traditional jeans and is durable. I didnt feel any elasticity, so order your regular jean size and you should be good. The zipper is good quality and the button is heavy duty. The sewing is well done. Pockets look adequate in size and location. The cut is slighly loose, if you need to wear a knee brace or just like the space. The mesh lining is soft and comfortable. The kelvar lining for slide protection and the knee and hip protectors CE2 rating for impact is great. The protectors aren't overaly large and soft and squishy. The pants aren't too warm and with the liner should be fine. They fit me perfectly and no need to adjust knee brace. 6'2 205, size 38 x 32. I will definitely buy Wicked Stock riding jeans again.

These riding pants are high quality and well priced. They look good, are comfortable and come with hip and knee armor. The fit is relaxed which is what I like. I like to have freedom of movement and not feel restricted when I am riding. These are also comfortable enough to walk around in even with the armor in place. I'll be adding a second pair (darker color) to rotate during the week. The price is great and the pants are quality. If you are looking for riding pants with a relaxed fit (not skinny jeans) and good quality these are great.

Very impressed with the pants. These are fully lined with mesh, and a kevlar layer going down below the knee in front and below the butt in the back. Nice armor in the hips and knees, knee armor sits in the right place when sitting on the bike, and offers a bit of adjustability in placement up and down. Denim is a nice dark color, exactly what I wanted. Cut is nice and loose with a taper at the cuff. I would have preferred a larger cuff. These wont fit over my msr dualsport boots, but they are admittedly quite chunky at the top. I cant complain too much about it; they look good in general, and they do a good job of looking like normal jeans off the bike. Now, I read some other reviews talking about the pants being small or up sizing for a perfect fit. There were a few of those so I went up a size to be safe. When I got the pants they fell right off me instantly. I would advise ordering your normal size. I think I'm gonna keep mine since I prefer a baggy pant and with a belt on they're fine.In short, great pants. Hope I dont have to find out just how protective they actually are.

Looks like a great product but beware. I ordered as per my usual jean size (32x34) only to find they were to small. I'm couldn't do the waist up. The length and feel were great and the armor looked adequate. However I've had to return them at a loss (they were on sale).

I have a hard time finding riding pants in my size 32x34, so was happy I found these. They're very comfortable. The armor is discreet and comfortable but provides generous coverage. The overall fit is perfect in length, in the crotch and waist, and they have a slightly loose fit without being baggy. They've already been through a wash and came out great, and the armor is easy to remove and reinstall. They're also comfortable in 90 degree weather with their breathable liner. When you consider a new pair of Levis cost 2/3 of what these cost, spending a bit more to get a dedicated pair of armored riding jeans like these is a no-brainer.

I've been riding motorcycles for the better part of 50 years. Many years ago I bought a pair of armored, kevlar lined jeans that were uncomfortable with the armor in so I removed the armor, which defeated some of the protection. I have a long distance trip planned later this year and wanted to have a 2nd pair to take with me.These jeans weight in at 3.2 lbs, so they're heavy. But, they feel and look very quality made. All the stitching is perfect and fit is excellent at 34X34, though when standing. The only issue I have at 6'2", 180 lbs is the inseam length. I really like having a 36" inseam (not available) for the bike to prevent the legs from riding up above my ankle high boots, though these only ride high just barely. I saw that most brands only offer a maximum of a 34" length while searching. I wish these were available in that length. In order to get a pair with 36" I would have had to spend almost double from another brand and with ugly designs on the pants. No thanks! I can't feel the armor while wearing and the lining makes the jeans slip on and off easily and comfortably. The leg bottoms could be a tad wider to fit over boots more easily, but they still work. They sit just slightly below my waist and are comfortable except they are hot here in Texas. While moving it's not noticable.All-in-all I am very happy with these and highly recommend them. The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of an available 36" inseam and the bottom leg width. Minor issues.
