Debated on a few mufflers and glad I chose this one. Sounds great. Installed a few months ago and it still looks new even sounds better over time. Sounds aggressive but not obnoxious.

My son purchased this for his Ford Ranger pickup truck and was extremely please with the end results! The truck has a V-6, but sounds like a V-8! Again, very pleaseed with the Flow Mater line of mufflers!

I bought this for a 2000 Ram 1500 classic with 5.7 Hemi. My truck was 3" in and 2 1/4" dual out. The Flowmaster super 44 was 2 1/2" out. I just used 2 adapter pieces from autozone. You can do it in the driveway with a few wrenches and no cutting. Took me 1.5 hours but I also have never done this. Most importantly it sounds incredible. Not obnoxiously loud but much deeper than stock. For $110.00 it's an easy choice if you want to hear your v8.

Sounds great on my ram 2500 6.4 which comes with a 3.5" stock pipe. I had to reduce from 3.5 down to the 3" on the muffler which was easy enough and then had a welder connect that together. I used a clamp with sealant on the stock pipe and the muffler. For the discharge side I went turn downs and out the side in front of the rear passenger tire. Sounds great, it does have a weird drone when the truck shuts off 4 cylinders but that is not the mufflers fault.
