*Update* customer service was quick to resolve my issues and refunded me for the faulty product. They also offered to provide a new one, however it is no longer needed. I appreciate the quick response and resolution.Putting this thing together took at least 30 minutes trying to get all of the holes aligned. The screen and metal bars are all bent out of shape so I had to reform it to get the screen to slide without snagging. When I finally went to put it on my fire pit, it won’t stay on because it’s so misshaped. I’ll attempt bending it into a perfect circle but it seems impossible lol. It’s not a round circle so it falls in. You need a fire pit with a large lip for this thing to sit on since it’s not a perfect circle. What a piece of junk and waste of money. Do not recommend.

Bought as a replacement for my busted fire pit cover.Need to assemble but takes all of 5 minutes, love the hinged feature, easy to add wood etc.sturdy design, hopefully will last for years to come.

First, when put together the pieces rub so eventually it would damage the finish. Second, it only measures 21 inches from side to side which made it around an inch too small for my 22 inch fire pit. Returned product, which thankfully wasn’t a hassle thanks to Amazon.

Now we are able to safely burn and not worry about embers flying around and possibly making contact with the surrounding trees. Easy to assemble. Nice quality metal. Nice finish.

Purchased this screen in December for a seasonal site. Just opened it (march17) and put it together. While putting it together I found that the holes did not line up together (drilled new hole to fit) there was no hole at the bottom in between the handle to connect the screen. The handle holes lined up so it was put together right. When all done the inner screen and outer screen have such a big gap. Larger than the other screen we had before. I am not happy with this product. Was too late to return and there was no number to call the company . Not happy.

I ordered this last summer and finally put it together last week and this thing is not made very well! Many of the holes do not match up. There is a gap where the one piece folds into the other piece to open the cover so you can add more things to the fire. So of course, ashes fly everywhere! I was missing a screw & a bolt for the handle on top! The actual net covering is very flimsy, so I doubt this fire pit cover will last very long! Not to mention the directions were very vague on how to put this together. They were supposed to be pieces A & B, but the directions never showed you what pieces were A and B, the pieces were not marked A and B, So you just had to figure it out! For the money spent on this, it definitely was not worth it! I’m sure by the summer we will have to purchase another cover! Will definitely be looking for a more sturdy heavyweight cover!
