I haven't pushed the thermal envelope on these, but initial component checks indicate that they are what they claim to be.

I got these to use in my experimentation of power supply and battery charging circuits. The 6 Power-MOSFETs came on time and undamaged. Eventually, I will need to purchase power FETs with the specifications I need for each final circuit design. These should do for proof of concept and experimentation.
