These all passed a simple component-function test. I haven't yet run them under full load, but they seem to be exactly what they say.

So far, so good with these mosfets. I am not really stressing these with my small electronics hobbyist projects but they are working fine anyway. These are some pretty powerful mosfets and my stuff is primarily Arduino-type lower voltage stuff, but i may have a need from time to time.So far, in my testing, these have performed well within spec according to the datasheet, with the Gate/Source threshold triggering at 2.0v with no issues with any of this set. With a maximum of 4.0v, these can still be integrated into Arduino projects with logic level requirements although relays would need to be used to stress them at higher voltages.With so many non-genuine chips out there i have to say that these seem fine and i am happy to include them in my toolkit.
