The TO-247 package is preferred for commercial-industrial applications where higher power levels preclude the use of TO-220 devices. The TO-247 is similar but superior to the earlier TO-218 package because its isolated mounting hole.

I know better than to think these are legit 460s but I at least expected all to be functioning upon arrival. Yea I took pics cause I'm still pissed. Just give me whatever mini mystery mosfet you are putting on the inside of the 247 package but make sure the thing works. Picture shows one of them in a failed condition straight out of the package. Other picture shows they are clearly all used pulls to begin with and have new legs soldered on. That's ebay type stuff right there. I'd ask for my money back but I'm not about to have to mail these back.
