Good at most points of the day but cannot handle multiple devices and loses the consistency of good wifi output compared to a newer CAX30.

Setup was fairly uncomplicated, my studio is metal so in order to finish setup I had to stand outside to get service. Don’t forget you must call your provider to get the modem connected ok their end 🫢.Working great!

I was a little reluctant to try a refurbished router but decided to try it. I am very glad that I did as it it has turned out to be perfect in appearance and function. It works great and looks new. Couldn't be happier.

This modem usually goes for $300 so when I got it like refurbished like new for less than $170 it was a nice steal. Thing is, it lasted all of two months before giving up. I can't really fault the seller so I'm going to give a 4 out of 5 only because it lasted for such a short time. Modems tend to last years, but as this was refurbished there could have been any number of causes for it to stop working.When it did work, it worked well. Wifi was good, UI was great (So much better than any Arris Modem) and the internet speed was always at its peak. I've gotten with Netgear, hopefully they will RMA it.

I was tired of network drops and poor speeds with ISP modem, and was ready to replace my R7000P router. The CAX30 has been a great replacement thus far, my speeds are triple what they were with ISP modem and was easy to setup. I used chat with Spectrum and asked them if they could help me commission the modem and within a few minutes I was up and running. Fast modem and Wi-Fi router combo. I only pay for 600 Mbps internet and I'm seeing usually around 650 Mbps. Was a little bit difficult to get the app to function for setup. Great value for being a refurbished product, it looks brand new to me, not even a scratch or discoloration at all! I still don't know that I trust the product reliability yet, only time will tell. If it continues to function as is, it is a very fast replacement to ISP equipment. Connection seems stable overall and I'm satisfied.

I needed a newer modem -router to take advantage of faster internet speeds from Xfinity. I also had to reset my older modem frequently. It would cost $15/mo to rent a new one from Xfinity so this Netgear CAX30 will pay for itself in less than 9 months and was recommended by Xfinity. It is a refurbished unit but works fine so far and was easy to set up. It was less than half the price of a new one. Download speed is now173 Mbps.

They work and even if you have a problem Amazon takes care of it. Worth the few extra bucks buying it here. I bought one on eBay and didn't realize the seller didn't accept returns, but it was being sold as good working condition. Longs story short it didn't work and it was a nightmare to return, never again for stuff like this. Amazon every time now.

I was unsure about getting something refurbished but I ended up very satisfied. I've had this modem for a few months now and it's been great so far. I haven't had any issues and I'm really happy with it. I replaced a "rented" modem from my internet provider with this and I've had smoother internet connection with this than I did with the rented modem. No issues with it at all.Set up was easy for the most part. Depends on your internet provider I guess if it will go completely smooth and quick. My specific internet provider required a few phone calls before I got it working, but that had nothing to do with the Netgear product itself. The product itself has been great to me and I highly recommend getting refurbished. I saved a bunch of money by buying refurbished both in rental fees and on the product itself since it's a lot more expensive to buy new.
