The LED battery clip light looks super cool when flying at night, the LED clip fit nicely onto my NEO and like that it also acts as a battery clip to keep the battery secure during flight, the LED's are pretty bright and the entire unit is very lightweight and has not effected the drone in flight, all in all this probably isn't a must have accessory for the NEO but it does look cook on the drone, overall I am very happy with this LED battery clip.

This is a handy add-on for the DJI Neo that adds the light source allowing flights where insufficient lighting would otherwise prevent. In my application, indoor flights of the Neo seldom had adequate lighting to take off and fly around. I wanted more indoor 'selfie' use for the Neo and this attachment allows me to do that. Granted, this LED light aids in the downward facing light that the optical flow sensor needs, it doesn't add much light for the Neo camera itself. The added weight of the LED light attachment does reduce flight time per charge, but that's the trade-off to fly in low light and was expected. Charging time is fast, less than the time required to charge the drone battery. I've been getting 3-4 drone battery cycles for each LED light battery cycle. This attachment does add about 10mm to the 'landing gear' but as most of my flights start and end in my hand, that's not much of a feature I use. Great add-on for the DJI Neo!

This is a great addition to your Neo if you fly indoors or at night. The extra light gives the Neo more ability to control itself, as it uses the camera for its positioning abilities. If you've flown a Neo at night, you'll find the drone can go off course quite erratically and crash. This light helps that. I took away one star, because it's not very bright. It's very white, making it look bright and most reviews here believe it's bright but the real output could use a little help. Also, the charging port is on the bottom, where it will get a lot of dirt packed in if you happen to land in dirt at times. I think the charge port would have been better protected if on top of the light so it was against the Neo body when attached to keep dirt out.

This is a very cool addition to my DJI Neo drone. I can now fly it in the dark or at night without it giving errors about not being able to see the ground. You can't fly too high outside at night or it will start giving errors about not seeing the ground. Most of the built in functions work well.

I recently added the YDW Night Light Landing Gear to my DJI Neo drone, and it has been a valuable enhancement for my night flights. The luminous tripod design not only elevates the drone by 10 millimeters, providing additional clearance during takeoffs and landings, but also features rechargeable LED lights that improve visibility in low-light conditions. The installation was straightforward, thanks to the snap-on design that securely attaches to the drone without causing any damage. Weighing only 21 grams, it doesn’t noticeably affect the drone’s performance or flight time. The built-in battery charges in about 40 minutes and offers approximately 60 minutes of illumination, which has been sufficient for my sessions. Overall, this accessory has enhanced both the safety and functionality of my DJI Neo during nighttime operations.

The DJI Neo is FINALLY a practical indoor fpv drone. My one major single reason for buying a neo was indoor fpv flying (especially in the winter when outdoor flying was impossible. The Neo was extremely unstable in normal indoor lighting and often drifted for no apparent reason. DJI has always said that the drone requires adequate light (IE not for indoor). This light provides enough downward light to make the sensors happy and provide stable flight. Hence “THE DJI NEO IS NOW A USEFUL INDOOR FPV DRONE!!!”
