This is easily the nicest mini tripod I've purchased for my GoPro.It's a simple, no-frills unit that is perfect as a handle or tripod. The aluminum construction gives it some weight and sturdiness that you won't get from the plastic ones.I'm always skeptical of the ball heads on tripods. I've had way too many that slip out of position after setting up the camera. The one on this tripod is one of the best I've used. It stays in place with very little effort and just has a high quality feel to it.Again, it's a basic mini tripod... but the best one you will buy for the price.

Wanted something small, sturdy, and reliable with my H4n pro. This is it! I prefer it on the medium setting as it feels the most sturdy while giving the built-in mics clearance from whatever chair or table this is on. Been using it at home, and packed it in the bag to record friend's place with this just this week - it was perfect! Probably not great for uneven surfaces. Would be comfortable using it to hold significantly more weight than I am currently.When indoors I greatly prefer this to "gorilla" type stands with articulating legs, as I can never seem to get those to work like a normal tripod. Those may seem multi-purpose, but I get really annoyed with them when I'm not using them to attach something to a railing, tree, or similar.

Works great for my webcam for a unique angle for my Dj Streams on Twitch. Built well, very sturdy! Only note I have is i wish the tripod itself was not just clickable in 2 "positions" for height, perhaps if it had a tightening knob of some kind so you can set it to any height desired. As it is it only has 2 positions it can be set. But other than that a great product!

Great little tripod. Very sturdy and a quality build. The ball head stays tight and even has an aluminum wingnut where others are plastic. I shoot with a full frame DSLR and this handles it no problem.

This little guy is made of metal that gives it nice wright and the clamps are firm and sturdy. It's small and fits in any bag or case , stays where you set it (it has micro gears to click in) and is a great value for the money.

This tripod works great for both my iPhone mini and my Flip 6 that I just upgraded to. As a tripod alone, it's 5 stars. When you hold it (as suggested/directed) for moving footage, it's very hard to get good closeups because of the prong that sticks out when you open it up to turn it into a phone holder. It bumps and catches on things that are too close. If you want to use this as a hand-held rig AND a tripod, there are better options if you want to do close-up filming.

Fits in the small camera bag, along with the TG-4 and a few accessories. Fits in the pocket for hikes. Seems pretty well made. Recommended.
