  • Make sure pillow is turned on, remove the clear protective film in battery catridge of the remote control, and point the remote directly towards to the pillow.

  • Short press power button to choose mode after turn it on.

    ! The intensity is 0 by default each time you choose the mode, press"+" to increase strength.

    Press "-" to set strength to 0, then you could shut down the mode you don't want.

  • This pillow provide simulated kneading, not physical kneading.

  • We recommend to use it 15 minutes at most each time

  • Yes, you can use all three modes at once. Just set the intensity for each one

Good quality, sturdy neck support. I had a stiff neck with lots of pain. This support with heat, vibration and EMS (electro) functions helped to loosen my neck tension and lessen pain associated with stiffness. The remote control adds ease of use.

Did not work at all for me. It was too big and very uncomfortable. Feels like maybe it's made for a man-sized neck. It's pricey too -- I expected great things! If you have serious neck issues, I do not recommend.

It was immediately obvious the device was a return. Had to clean it before use. Only one of its 3 functions worked. Very disappointed.

I bought this for my husband who has a lot of spine and neck problems and pain. It is a fairly strong massager. There is a good range of vibration. Quality seems moderate, wouldn’t expect it to last forever but it will last several years. Probably best for people who don’t have serious neck problems and just want to relax.

If you are looking for a massager , this is not for you. This tool only elevates your neck and strengthens the bones to help with pressure and posture.

Tried both ways and it was painful. It needs more padding. Laying on it puts too much pressure on your weight because it's so hard.

This is my first review on PrimeThis product is Amazing I’ve used it twice today since it arrived,, if you have neck issues like mine you’ll love this , I’ve said for awhile that I should put vibration in one of these and someone did! With the other two additions it really loosens the tight muscles on your neck , great product!

I love this! It helps position the body correctly and works out the neck area nicely. The heating element is so soothing, especially with neck pain.
