Loved how easy and quick it was to install .... BUT we ended up not needing the one of the right end covers and it was going to cost us 3x the amount to ship it back and get a refund .... ????

I had an exposed radiator pipe line from a removed fireplace. I found the next best replacement for what I have (no longer being made), but kept coming back to this item. I figured, why not? I know it's supposed to cover existing covers, but since I didn't have the radiator element on these pipes, I figured I'd see if I could make it work. As seen in the "before" picture, the old base's back was still there but nailed to the wall.Needless to say, I'm a bit sad my couch covers the majority of it. It looks stunning. Even as non-matching as it is to my existing baseboards, I purchased the connectors as well and it ties them together. This baseboard looks classy and just *clean* now.

Nothing about these covers worked as promised. First of all.....They DID NOT FIT over the baseboard heaters...which are standard baseboards. In order to say in place...it required a screws be drilled into the baseboard just to keep them in place. After they were held in place with screws and the heat was turned on to 65 degrees.......they began to MELT!! Then they became DISCOLORED!! Then they began to omit a TOXIC ODOR!! This odor is likely unhealthy and permitted my home. If I left these covers on....I have no doubt it would become a FIRE HAZZARD!!!! Nothing about this product delivers on its promise and in fact.....willl turn your home into an ugly toxic smelling mess.. Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

I ordered the regular size baseboard cover and end caps, but should have ordered the tall. The company would not accept an exchange. The only option was to return the items and place a new order. The cost to return is an outrageous $35.Rather than lose so much money, I decided to keep the cover and installed it in a different room. It's a premature improvement: the metal radiator was still in relatively good shape though I likely would have replaced it eventually.The product looks good and was easy to install. The stringent, unfriendly return policy prevents me from giving it a better rating.

My wife purchased this and I was skeptical that it would be cheap looking and was going to purchase metal again and send this back. Then I figured I would put it on and see how it looked and was surprised at how nice it looked so I kept it. The only problem is that it doesn’t come with end caps, doesn’t say it doesn’t come with them but the only good part of that is Home Depot sells this product and I was able to get the end caps there and they were half the price listed on Amazon.

Best thing to happen to my bathroom in a long time.This looks and works great. I live in a household with several young boys. Their sense of direction is, shall we say, compromised.I have three bathrooms, two have hot water heat registers at the base of the wall next to the toilet. To say that the registers developed some unfortunate damage due to uric acid would be a gross understatement. I have spent many days, and many dollars, scraping the rust off the old registers and repainting them with spray paint only to redo it months later. The cover in the most used bathroom all but disintegrated.It also smelled. Bad. Like boiling urine bad. Like an open sewer bad. Did I mention it smelled bad?I have been looking for a solution and this is the ticket. After cleaning the area I simply slipped the new covers over the registers. The existing support structure worked great and they snapped right on. Problem solved.They are a thick semi-rigid polymer and do not absorb odors or stains. I can wipe them off when I clean the bathroom and they have solved a real problem. I originally thought they where kind of expensive, but after further research and based on their performance they are worth every pennyIf you have haggard, rusty, unsightly or damaged radiator covers I highly recommend that you replace them with this system.
