Nature Jim's Sprout sent me good quality broccoli sprouting seeds. During the initial soaking, most of the seeds sunk to the bottom of the sprouting jars compared to the seeds from another brand that I used before. I only rinse twice a day as I live in the cold New England region of the United States. After five days of sprouting in the kitchen cabinet, my sprouting jars were jammed packed with robust broccoli stems (see the picture). After six days, I could harvest my broccoli sprouts in one big heaping steaming basket as shown in the picture. What I noted was that the shells from the sprouted broccoli seeds no longer clung to the cotyledons (i.e, those first leaves) making it very easy for me to drain them off the top of the big ceramic bowl filled with water. The stems were long and thick. The resulting broccoli sprout has a bitter taste while chewing it slowly in my mouth. In the summer, I might try to rinse four times a day as instructed by Nature Jim's Sprout because sprouting generates a lot of heat and rinsing with cold water helps to dissipate the heat in the jars.

Broccoli seeds sprouted fast and with so much energy, the glass jar felt warm to the touch. Fresh, flavorful. Just seems like these sprouts must be nutritious. First time I have sprouted broccoli so I didn't know what to expect but these seeds are really tasty.

These are easy to grow and taste great. I'm almost done with my first bag and have been a bit surprised by how many seeds don't sprout each batch - it's probably about 1/4th that just float around with no growth every time.

I am using these seeds for micro greens. So far, I am very satisfied with the outcome, the seeds sprout in record time and abundantly. They taste like broccoli, and I consume them in a variety of dishes. It takes a small quantity of seeds to produce what’s shown in the photo. I enjoy these greens a lot better than broccoli. It’s so good to know what I’m consuming and I will continue buying these seeds as needed.

I use these on a regular basis. I always have broccoli seeds sprouting. I have never had any problems with this brand. The seeds sprout easily every time. They offer good value for the money as the seeds provide so much food and nutrients.

Love, love, love this product. Very simple to grow with minimal effort. The majority of the seeds sprouted. The kids absolutely love to help and watch the seeds sprout. The minimal amount of work required and the enormous health benefits are worth the price. We have this on auto ship. This is a solid brand and we also buy their alfalfa seeds.

Sprouts at the grocery are expensive, so we purchased these to use in combo with a sprouting kit also purchased on Amazon. (ASIN: B08RR2GDDH). 1 or 1 1/2 Tablespoons is all you need, they seem to almost all germinate. (They do drop the seed husk once they get going so maybe some people confuse that with a seed that hasn't germinated? ) They have a nutty flavor at first, and if you don't get to them all right away and they keep going, they get a bit spicy, like a radish flavor. We use them on sandwiches, salads, in omelets, etc. Very good for you -- we're pleased!.
