Twice now the product was received leaking everywhere sitting in a puddle in the bag in the box. The stopper has been warped both times. Not sure if it’s a pressure issue with shipping but not useable on arrival.

This year the ticks have seemed to find my dogs in the heat of summer and into the fall. I ran out of the veterinary topical products and desired a quick solution. I recalled, I had a product stored in my cabinet, just for the right time. I found this natural organic essential oil to be an effective repellent to the bothersome ticks, as well the flies that were present in the summer. The consistency is light and oily with a brownish tint. The odor is a strong mint-lemon smell. Sometimes, the sprayer head needs to be cleared with water, should the oil thicken. I can testify that the product deters insects and my dogs seem calmer.

I really like the product- smells great, and seems to work well with respect to gnats and other flying annoyances…. Unfortunately, the spray bottle / delivery system is horrible! The trigger does not properly spring back after pumping, so pushing back to start position after each spray is required- very annoying essentially makes product unusable for intended purpose.I haven’t tried the second bottle yet- hopefully it works

This works great and doesn't smell bad. Will definitely buy it again!! We take our dog camping and there are lots of bugs.

As with most flea & tick repellants that aren’t prescription, I was skeptical this would work. However, since using it I haven’t seen any little critters on my yorkie. He doesn’t spend much time outside, but when he does, we have to do a thorough search to be sure a tick didn’t hitch a ride. Our backyard is covered in trees. Leaving a lot of leaves & debris on the ground. If they don’t come from walking under a tree, they latch onto his belly because he’s so short & low to the ground. This has helped tremendously to keep the bugs off him. Since using it I haven’t seen a single flea or tick. He’s never had a problem with fleas, but there would be the occasional one or two. I’m more comfortable letting him out for considerable amounts of time without feeling like I must give him a bath as soon as he comes inside. It's also worked well at keeping flying insects away. You get two bottles with 2 spray nozzles. It doesn’t take much product to get good coverage, so this should last quite a while. It doesn’t leave his coat feeling greasy & it doesn’t have a strong unpleasant odor. It has a light essential oil smell that I think is rather nice. His skin is very sensitive to products & we have to be careful what we put on him. This hasn’t caused any irritation & he doesn’t seem to mind it. He’s not sneezing or excessively rolling on the carpet after we spray him down. I’m very pleased with the product! Would recommend it to anyone who needs a working bug repellant & doesn’t want to use chemical products on their fur baby.

Before using the spray, the flies always bit my dog’s ears. Now that we use the repellent, he can go outside and they don’t bothering him anymore. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to prevent mosquito bites and different kinds of insect bites. Have to spray every 2 hours as needed

We aren't in a super buggy area, so it's really hard to say how repellant this stuff is. The scent is pleasant, but very strong, so the dog was really kind of unhappy about that when first applied. I also sprayed some on my skin. No adverse reactions or bug bites at the time that we used it, but again, the bugs weren't terrible so it's hard to say. I'm assuming that the longevity is somewhat limited because the mist goes on pretty fine (you don't get coverage like you would with a lotion). For our area, it seemed to work okay. I will update at some point if we use it anywhere with a bigger bug problem, where it would be obvious that it is working or not.I do like the ingredients though, and am always looking for "natural remedies" in order to avoid hazardous chemicals, especially for the dogs, since they can lick themselves and ingest toxins very easily.

Keeps the bugs way from our family... including the dogs. Smells like lavender without obnoxious odors and chemicals.
