I purchased this to till around my fruit trees. It came with 2 batteries, so one can charge while your using the other. I was surprised how powerful and easy it was to use. Grass and roots can tangle around the blades but if you stop occasionally to pull them out with no hassle. I was also able to easily till 10 raised beds and around several trees without recharging. Great product, light weight so not to heavy for this grandma.

I was pleasantly surprised how well made and well it actually works. We are using it for an above ground garden box about 12 feet long, 3 feet wide with about 16 inches of dirt. The motor is strong, and the tines are very sharp. The fact that is cordless is a great convenience.So, for this application it works great.

Ok let's call it right out, your not turning over 500 sq ft of vegetable garden with this. But if you have a smallish bed or you want to cultivate some weeds. This thing is a great value, easy to assemble, work good, doesn't really clog up. The down side is it has no weight do you have to push down on it. Recommended!

Didn't know what to expect when I bought this tiller, so far It's the best thing I bought last two years,pro, does a great job on existing beds and as a weeder, way more power than expected, lightweight and easy to maneuver between rows or plants,con's, battery good for about 20 minutes, knowing it's not intended as a weeding machine the tines get snagged up with weeds pretty fast but to be honest the worked up ground looks great when worked, anyone that needs to work up ground that hasn't been tilled before, this isn't what you want to buy.If you have bigger yards of established beds and 20 minutes isn't long enough buy the extra battery right away.I'm going to start at 5 stars, short lifespan would be the only reason I'd give less

I used this to weed my garden. It is lightweight and did the job okay, not as well as a regular tiller, but it is smaller and easy to use. I was very disappointed in the battery life. It died after about 20 minutes of use. Realistically, if I would weed more often, I wouldn't need this as long, but I have a big garden 40' x 50 ' and wanted something I didn't need to drag a cord with.

This is the most amazing little gardening tool. It fits perfectly in my garden boxes. No more laboring with a shovel or spade to tithe soil or add nutrients. Works perfectly for smaller gardens.

This tiller was a pleasant surprise. It has a high torque motor that will pull your arms off if you are not careful when using it. The double batteries are necessary if you are doing more than a small area. I can get about 20 minutes of tilling time off each battery. After planting flowers in the beds this spring, I have been able to till up the whole area in just a few minutes, slaughtering weeds by the score and using their remains to put nutrients back into the soil, keeping is soft and cozy. I was not expecting much and it surpassed those expectations, so much so that I am glad I purchased this item. The only drawback, is that if you jam the blades with weed carcasses, the motor locks in position when not running so removing those carcasses can sometimes be a little harder than if the blades would rotate a bit, helping get the limbs out of the blades.

I am really pleased with this little tiller. It came during the summer heat wave and I'm only just now getting out in the Florida garden to really use it. And what a great job it does. We're preparing our fall garden, which involves loosening the soil and clearing out weeds. It's very maneuverable which is a plus for tilling weeds without disturbing existing plants. And it is powerful enough to get down into the soil and really do a good job. Further pluses, it arrived very well packed. The manufacturer did an excellent job of package engineering. And, it was easy to assemble. Big plus, it's lightweight. I have a big, gasoline powered tiller as well. I haven't pushed the MZK, but I doubt that it will go through rocks and big roots like the big tiller. But for 90% of what we have to do, the MZK is going to be the tool of choice. It's a valuable addition to our garden equipment and my wife and I thank the people at MZK for offering this tiller that is right sized for our garden.
