This pan is great! I've cooked eggs and pancakes. Using LOW heat I've had no problems with sticking. It is a bit tricky trying to flip things, but I've managed. The high sides helped keep things inside so no mess. The lid is a great addition. I am recommending this to all my friends. Just Love this pan!

So glad to know there is a pan made especially for eggs when you want to make a breakfast sandwich. Very happy with the results. Non stick and easy to clean. Next will I will be trying individual breakfast quiche. It’s a winner.

I got this pan for my son for Christmas. He said he wanted eggs to be perfectly round to make an egg McMuffin so I found this pan and it didn’t disappoint. It cooks the eggs, perfect and it’s very easy to clean. I like the little spatula that came with it and it came also with the lid I would highly recommend this pan

I use it for eggs and for dollar pancakes. Works well for both. Flipping food can be a bit tricky, as the pan is slippery, the spatula is not necessarily wide enough to properly lift the food out and then you have to put the food right back into the indent and it doesn't always land directly in the center. Gets better with practice.

Pan is awesome, heats very quickly, cooks evenly, lid is great to add a little more distributed cooking makes turn egg little easier. Very easy to clean. Difficult to turn eggs I use 2 silicone spatula and still not alway perfect but it works. This is by far the best I found for egg rounds like for English muffin sandwiches. And is very fast to cook eggs. Before buying this pan, I tried a few types of the round metal/silicone with handle and they always leak under bottom rim without a lot of oil/butter and even with a lot can still leak. This pan I doubt you will need any butter/oil. But I tend to use just a little dot of butter. Very much recommend

I love the size of the compartments for holding the eggs. I love the versatility of this pan. You can use this pan to make soft eggs (like over easy without flipping them) or hard fried eggs (flip them) or even individual omelettes (flip them). it comes with a handy small spatula that works great with the pan. Be sure to put a little oil in the compartments before you drop in your eggs so they don't stick. I just but a dot of oil in each compartment and use a paper towel to grease the whole bottom and sides. It heats up quick and if you like your eggs well done with a bit of brown to the whites - this pan will do that perfectly!! It works great on electric and gas but can not be used with induction and you can't put it in the oven but that is not what it's made for anyway. It makes great eggs quickly and is very easy to clean up (but the oil in the compartments).
