This pan is perfect for eggs. Stainless is probably my favorite cooking pan surface though it does take a getting used to how to use it period to feel comfortable and get repeatable results.I know there are other things I can use this pan for, but it is perfect for a fried egg. Gently warm the pan to a medium low and melt in a tab of butter. When that is evenly warmed and melted add in your egg. The small pan makes a perfect round egg white area and if you have patience for a slow cook you are going to have a marvelous egg. The pan is deep enough to accommodate two eggs, but the yolks are going to be pressed pretty close to each other. I find a single egg is the perfect fill for this pan.Whether you are using a gas or electric stove you should be using the smaller burner. Generally you want gentle eat for eggs anyway, but it is a small pan so you don't want to grab or work a pan with a hot handle that has been exposed to the heating element. I have a gas stove and the smaller element on medium low is about perfect for this pan.Clean up is easy. Care of stainless steel cookware should make it last for generations in the home. I'm sure it would be quite fine in a dishwasher, but I am accustomed to handwashing and drying.

Disappointing Size and QualityI purchased the Stainless Steel Frying Pan Mini Pancake Pan based on the photos, which made it look like a decent-sized pan for small portions. However, it arrived and was significantly smaller than I anticipated. The photos are quite misleading in terms of scale.Beyond the size issue, the quality of the pan is also lacking. It feels flimsy and not very durable.Cleaning has also been a problem. Despite being advertised as easy to clean, it came out of the dishwasher with noticeable residue and stains, as you can see in the photo. It definitely doesn't look as pristine as the product images suggest.Overall, I'm disappointed with this purchase. The misleading photos and poor quality make it hard to recommend."

Pot is really small I don’t know what to cook with it because it’s so tiny. It’s lightweight and kind of cheaply made. It heats well and it’s easy to clean out. Stuff really doesn’t stick to it.

This pan is tiny and only suitable for a single egg cooked on an electric stove. Possibly a small sausage patty. I would place the value of this pan in the $4-$5 range.

I know that with small pans, you want to keep them close to the edge of the burner because there's such little surface area and the handle is so close to the pan. BUT... shouldn't pan handles just not burn if they're near a burner?? That seems pretty basic no?? I put this pan in the center of my SMALL electric burner, and the wood handle was starting to burn near the part where it joins with the pan. I could smell the wood burn and it shocked me. I was using this pan normally, normal medium heat.

Lol, this pan is sort of ridiculous.. It seems actually decently made, but.. yeah, it's actually only big enough for a single egg, and that's pretty much it. I was expecting it was maybe at least big enough to fit a single piece of bread. Nopeeee. Lol. I really have a hard time imagining much else could fit aside from literally only a single egg. So, I really don't imagine I will be able to get much use out of this, as I don't think I've ever in my life only wanted a single egg. But, if you're someone who only ever cooks one egg, and doesn't like having to wash huge pans? Maybe this would be a nice pan for you. Just be aware that this really is the tiniest, most miniature pan I have ever seen.
