These came shrink wrapped, I opened them to flatten out and they easily went back to the original shape and look as they appear in the pictures. I am happy with the purchase.

The seat cushions are just OK. Very thin, so it doesn't add a lot of padding, but it is a noticeable improvement on stiff seats. No extra thickness in the lumbar area unfortunately. The bottom cushion might slide around in your car as others have pointed out, because it only secures on one side .. but this may be more of a problem with fabric seats because it seems to grip well on leather. No instructions are provided and it is a little bit puzzling how to install at first. The round discs get tucked into the back of the seat, and then flipped vertical so they can't come out. Easy enough, but it might not work for every seat depending on how the seat is designed. It works on mine and doesn't seem to interfere with the tilt of the seat at all, but YMMV. One of the straps on the back cushion has a hook .. it just wraps around the headrest posts and hooks into the other strap. This works fine, but probably won't work if your headrest isn't detachable, since the straps aren't very long. Fingers crossed it doesn't have a chemical reaction with leather.Decent product but could use some improvements. Not really worth the price paid ($50).

The forward headrest of our highlander almost made me want to get rid of the car but this fixed the ergonomics of the seat for me by allowing my head to go back further as it barely moves your torso forward. It greatly improved the seat comfort. I don't use the butt portion of the cushion just the back portion. Didn't want to deal with adjusting the butt cushion getting in and out and didn't need it. Use this instead of a neck cushion if your headrest is too forward!

The cushion on the back rest is too short so I couldn’t tuck the round disks into the joint of the seat.Both upper and lower cushions are soft and comfortable

This is the third seat and lumbar support that I tried. The other 2 just didn't work for me. When it came, I really didn't think it would work either but I would give it a try. I let it set over night and put it in the car this morning since I had errands to run. Oh my. It fits my seat perfectly, stays put and is very comfortable. I'm very happy with both the quality and the comfort.

Even though the items were packaged perfectly, the one cushion that was at the bottom was torn inside the plastic wrapping.
