I will try to make this revuew helpful but not definitative. If you want a smaller or medium cousion then this can work for you. I have not found a cousion yet that works as advertised. This one is soft enough but not too soft. I would suggest you begin by buying this one if you are a first time buyer. As a buyer of all sizes and types this is my suggestion.Just rememnber the more you buy, the more you want to try. So take it slow.

I got this after my sciatica diagnosis. I even used it in the car and doctor's office. I sit on it in bed too. It's firmer than a soft couch or bed.

I tried another car cushion that was too thick before finding this wedge-shaped cushion to provide support for my hips and back while driving. It does the job very well, enabling me to ride longer distances without cramping my hips and irritating my sciatica. I simply would not drive even just down the block without it.

The thickness on this foam is very solid and supportive. I purchased to help with lower lumbar pain in my lower back. I have a hylander hybrid & the driver seat is not that firm & comfortable. This was too thick that I had to lower the seat to the lowest setting on the seat. This will be a good fit if you need a really thick memory pillow.

I got this last week and am very happy with it . It is comfortable and easy to use . I`m buying another one . That should tell you a lotIn the car it lifts you up a bit ,which is nice as it puts me in a position where I`m not looking at the glare(reflection) of the dashboard directly .That`s a HUGE improvement . I see the road much better .Thanks for a nice product that doesn`t cost a lot .

Works very well in my Nissan Rouge. It’s great for city travel & I'm happy with how it feels. And how it lifts me up as I’m 5”4’. I’m 160 lbs & hubby uses it too & he's 260! I haven’t used it for long distance yet.I’m very happy I got it.
