The holes don't line up and pickups slots are slightly different. Maybe I can use for a project or something but does not line up well enough for a replacement

Natürlich darf man sich bei dem Preis kein wolkig-flockiges red-tortoise Zelluloid pickguard erwarten - es ist geprintet und sieht in natura anders aus als auf dem Artikelbild. Erstaunlich, daß es kaum ein Anbieter schafft (bzw. schaffen DARF), das red-tortoise Muster so hinzukriegen wie's gehört, selbst wenn es nur geprintet ist - die Musterung ist meist viel zu scharf konturiert und die geschönten, "entschärften" Artikelbilder täuschen.Doch die Passgenauigkeit im Bezug auf ein US-guard überrascht dann doch immer wieder. Hier passen sämtliche Ausschnitte, angefangen von den Switchcraft 3-way switches über die Pickupausschnitte, die Ausnehmung für's Tremolo stimmt und der Halsauschnitt sowieso. Alle Montagebohrungen sind dort wo sie hingehören. Hinweis: Das "American" Mustang pickguard unterscheidet sich vom "Japan" Mustang pickguard vorrangig durch die unterschiedlichen Ausnehmungen/Bohrungen für die Schiebeschalter, sowie die Positionen der Montagebohrungen.Die mitgelieferten pickguardschrauben sind wie üblich bei Chinaprodukten 3 x 11mm und haben etwas größere Köpfe als die zölligen US-Schrauben mit Größe #4 x 1/2" (=2,8mm x 12,7mm). Das Pickguard gefällt jedoch mit beiden Schrauben-Varianten gut.

I love this company for pickguards. Most of their stuff fits really well on the Squier CV and VM series. Unfortunately, this one doesn’t fit a Squier VM Mustang.

Not meant to fit squiers, but it almost fit my squier classic vibe mustang, most of the screw holes line up. I’m going to have to sand or dremel some of the bottom off because it gets in the way of the bridge. Overall pretty good like their other pickguards I’ve used. A good alternative to change the color of your pickguard without spending over $30 on one.

4プライエイジドホワイトパールを選んだところUSA製1977年メイプルネックMustangの12穴全てのネジ穴にピタリと合いました。ロッドちら見せの部分はテーパー加工、ビブラートユニット、コントロールプレート辺りは多少削って隙間を作ってますが、ネジ穴位置は完璧。

This would work well with shell pink. I think it’s a little too rosy for my needs. (Squier bullet mustang) see from photos. Any questions you can email me I bought a lot of pickguard trying to get it just right. I’ll say this brand makes a color called aged white which was exactly the lighter mint green I was looking for on another project. I’m going to get the aged white pearl. It’s a little more inkeeping with the undertones of this olympic white. Olympic white is a joke. I have 2 squiers and a MIM strat all in olympic white. All different colors. I hope my photos will help you decide. The undertones of the white on the tele are cooler greens and blues while that of the mustang though similar is a touch yellow. The strat pictured was refinished in stewmac vintage white and is a little brown/pink.

I put this pickguard on my IVY and it came out looking great. It is not a perfect fit but it is close enough the casual observer would never notice. If anyone else does this dont forget to order the chrome control plate too.

Doesn't fit Squier Mustangs, although with a little creative sanding/routing/shaping, it can be made to fit. That's not the seller's fault - it's not advertised to fit a Squier Classic Vibe Mustang
