This is a decent saddle for the price. It fit right in without having to sand it down. I definitely need to lower the saddle to get better action but it works.

I recently got a 15 year old Taylor 114ce and the action was a bit high. Instead of sanding the original saddle I decided to order these and sand to my desired height while still having original saddle to go back to if I messed up or didn't like the results. These saddles fit the Taylor 114ce perfectly, and I was able to get my action lower to better match my taste (I normally play electric so am used to really low action). The 2 pack is nice as I might try to go even a little lower next time I change strings, but since I have an extra saddle will again start with the new one so I can easily go back if I accidentally go to far.

Measure you bridge saddle slot and neck radius correctly beforehand and it’ll fit perfectly. There was a time where you had to go to a luthier and get them to order the saddle themselves and pay for it and pay for shipping. Then you had to pay the luthier to carve it to your guitar. Gone are those days for me! I’m not a huge stickler for intonation of my acoustics. These are intonated fine. The height was fine for me too. If it were too high for my liking, I would’ve just used 220 grit sandpaper to shave some of the bottom. These feel like bone and my guitar sounds the same as the previous luthier carved bone saddle. I’m very pleased.

I was worried these might be crappy just based on how cheap they were for one bone saddle, let alone a 2 pack. But they are phenomenal! The came compensated and all set up ready to go. A lot of bone saddles can be either rough, or not shaped well, or structurally weak, or the material can seem inconsistent. But these saddles are great! I put one on my 2005 Martin JC-16RE Aura, which is a great guitar but was suffering from having came with a plastic saddle and plastic bridge pins on an otherwise stellar guitar. Well, this bone saddle made a big difference in terms of sound and sustain. The guitar feels more resonant now, and it sounds clearer. This really added more sustain than I was expecting. I also got solid ebony bridge pins also from Musiclily, and I gotta say- the stuff is fantastic and priced extremely well! 10/10 would buy again.

I recently installed one of these Musiclily Compensated Acoustic Guitar Bone Saddles on my Epiphone PR-100 WR, and I am thoroughly impressed. The saddle was a perfect fit for my guitar, requiring minimal adjustment to get it seated properly. After installation, the difference in tone was immediately noticeable. The bone material really brought out a brighter, clearer sound, enhancing both the lows and highs. The compensated design helped with intonation, making my chords and notes ring more accurately, which is always a concern with acoustic guitars.Overall, this is a great upgrade for anyone looking to improve the tone of their acoustic guitar without breaking the bank. It's a small investment with big returns in sound quality.

Assolutamente!

The 76X3X13 had the height I needed, but the 3 was actually 2.85mm. I knew I'd probably have to shim it - 3.2mm is the thickness I needed on this guitar - and a strip of .3mm plastic did the job. The bottom was slightly convex, so I filed off a little from each end. Until I have a high quality luthier-made bone saddle for this guitar, it is fine for now. The guitar sounds better than it did with the bone saddle and stack of wood shims that was in it when I got it, and the string heights are just about perfect.Nice to have 2. I'll try darkening the second one in some tea or coffee. These are quite white, compared to the original saddle, nut, and bridge pins.

Nice bone saddles for the price had to shave them down a little bit which I had already expected to do fit pretty good a little small for my slot in my Ibanez but still work very well and looks great

I will start by saying again, it is real bone not plastic. It will take a few extra days to come in because it's coming from China, and if you don't have prime you'll have to pay small shipping fee. However, it came in on time and not damaged. It came fully compensated just like the image, and it fit my " Breedlove discovery dreadnought" perfectly! There were no problems installing the saddle and it sounds really good. I would recommend this product if your saddle now matches the compensation of this! Oh, and you'll receive a free pick too.
