I was a bit disappointed. First off, I can't figure out the volume directions. It says to press the power button 4 times. Every time I press it, it turns off.Secondly, there's no way to mount to a wall, hardware wise. I was hoping for screw holes or something. Not a sticky pad.Lastly, and most disappointing. I assumed (maybe I read or understood wrong) that the whole point of the Bluetooth connection was to sync your music to the rhythm od your punches. An upbeat song meant a faster punch rhythm, a slower song a slower pace punch. But this isn't the case at all. There's zero reason to use this as a very crappy speaker. The modes themselves set the pace. Not the music you connect.With all that being said, I'm still going to keep using it (with my own better sounding speaker) as a form of exercise.

Easy to set up. awkward to mount on wall. be careful with the wall tape. it will pull off old paint if removed. I used 2 vertical 2x 3 2' boards screwed into the drywall studs so if ever moved only 4 small holed=s to patch

This music boxing machine has completely changed the way I exercise at home. I have been using it every day since I received it and I can already see an improvement in my fitness. Nine different speeds and modes kept things challenging and kept me from getting bored. The Bluetooth feature is great, I can just connect my phone and clock in along with the music. Therefore, it's much more fun than running on a treadmill or doing other traditional cardio exercises. Additionally, the machine is solidly built and the gloves that come with it are of good quality. Overall, it's a great addition to my home gym and I enjoy the exercise experience using this musical boxing machine.
