I bought this as a replacement for the slide I lost for my resonator/dobro. It’s really rough on the strings and doesn’t slide well. Feels very light, it’s sounds scratchy across the strings compared to my previous slide. It may have been a quality issue but I’d honestly look at a different one until this product improves quite a bit. I do like the color.

A bit on the heavy side but that's what you need with you have alot of action between strings. This slide is authentic and never needs to be replaced. Good price and matches the National Guitar body .

Got this tone bar because it looked so cool, but beauty is only skin deep. The "gun metal" finish is superficial and does not slide as easily as needed, and comes off from little use. Also, this tone bar is lighter in weight than it needs to be; and there are corners on the gripping "groove" that could cut a finger because was not buffed at all.
