This placemat is straightforward to use and easy to clean. It has a coo design to grab the attention of a toddler. Not slip resistant but it stays in place while in use.

Perfect placemat for restaurants or home! When my babies were in the grab and throw phase, these mats were a great substitution for plates in a restaurant. They stick to the table fairly well and are obviously much cleaner than eating off the table. Now, we use them as placemats and they are great and easy to wipe down after meals. The colors and pictures are beautiful to look at and have us talking about animal habitats. We have the bumble bee, orca and polar bear one and enjoy them all.
