They are thicker than I thought they would be. They are a focal point at the dinner table now for my 4 and 5 year old and they serve as a good distraction while I shove food in their mouths. They wipe down easily, they are thick material, better quality than I expected. They seem slip resistant, really enjoying these!

My grandson was naming the planets/dwarf planets (and the Goldilocks zone) when he was 4. He enjoyed planning road trips using the U.S. map while eating lunch. At 5, he is planning world travel. These place mats are extremely sturdy and colorful.

Very good quality! Purchased for my daughter before starting preschool to work on numbers, letters etc. It definitely helped her with recognizing numbers and letters! We made a fun little game with it and would use mini m&ms to help learn! They are vibrant, very slip resistant as well, over all they are absolutely perfect for learning & eating on!

These were awesome but did not hold up after repeated cleanings after kid messes :) the design comes off very easily.

These mats are super cute and my kids loved that they included the planets and body parts, as well as our country and the all the other countries around the world. My biggest concern is durability. We have only had these mats a few weeks and it seems the color in the images is already scraped off in numerous places. I replaced our laminated learning mats with these because the laminated mats began peeling apart but it looks like I may have traded one issue for another. I am hoping they will hold up well enough to use for a few years but I guess time will tell. These are used 2-3 times a day at mealtimes but the kids use plastic dishes and flatware, so I'm not sure what would be scratching the color away. As long as it stays minimal as it currently is, they will suffice.
