I work at a dealership and frequently we make sales or take large down payments that are cash in varying denominations. This machine will count the cash in varied denominations and do so accurately while storing the info and printing a receipt for the transaction if desired. We had a customer that tried to pass counterfeit bills before and they fled when we said we could not accept them leaving the counterfeit bills here. We threw one in with a batch of cash as a test and it easily spotted and rejected the counterfeit bill. Now we trust this machine with all of our cash transactions.

This machine is a great product for businesses. It is well-made and helps count a large amount of cash. It is accurate, can detect different denominations and can also detect counterfeit bills. It is supposed to support different currencies, but I have not tested that. I have not experienced any issues with bills getting jammed in this machine. I do recommend this product.

I've read the instructions, I've tried the tricks, I looked online for suggestions . . . NOTHING fixes the issues. I put every denomination in by itself and mixed. Bills get caught in the feeder, it kicks out bills saying that they're not "readable" - nothing makes sense. It is basically unusable. There really is nothing more to write than this machine is an expensive door stop.

We recently ordered this machine to assist with our small business. Although most of our transactions are via credit card, we do handle some cash. After vetting it, we've found it to be a huge time saver, allowing us to count cash without having to do it manually. The machine counts bills, adds the total value, and can print out a receipt. I highly recommend this machine for any business, as it will help you save time and avoid issues at the bank.

If you have a business dealing primarily in cash, or you bring in significant amounts of cash on a regular basis (think church offerings, fair booths, etc.) this machine can be a helpful addition to your cash accounting procedures.Though it can't entirely substitute for hand counting, it can be a check on your counting--and if you regularly take in lots of small currency perhaps even take the place of hand counts at times.I don't know the error rate of this machine but it's highly accurate.In addition, the counter can handle a variety of currencies at the same time. Initially, mixed currencies from the USA, CAD, MEX, EUR and GBP can be fed into the machine, but many more currencies are possible with software updates.Counterfeit detection will not substitute for watchfulness at points of sale, but the machine has a whole host of detection methods, including: bill thickness, UV, IR, security thread detection and more.The machine is also capable of listing all currency serial numbers.You may need to turn IR detection to its lowest level to have the machine read your currency. Also, ripped and damaged bills don't work well with the machine.If you find your machine stopping often because of damaged bills you may want to get the step-up machine, the Munbyn IMC08, which kicks damaged bills that it can't accurately read into a separate tray to be dealt with later while continuing to count the bills it's capable of recognizing.

This is an awesome addition to my business!!! It makes it much more convenient to keep track and counting my money! It truly saves you a lot of time and hassle! It is very easy and convenient to set it up! It also detects any sort of fake bills, haven’t come across a fake bill yet but it’s nice to know I have that option. This is a high-quality money, counting machine, it is very expensive, but it is nice to have this convenience.It is really nice to know that it gives you a one year manufacture warranty with it and a 1-800 customer service number that you can call for help. I haven’t needed to do that yet, but it’s nice to know I have that option as well.
