This is similar to many other money counters in this price range but this is my second one by this brand and what I love about them is touch screen, which makes for easy set up and the awesome counterfeit detection which is the reason I have it.It hasn’t let a bad bill new or old slip by me yet and that’s all I ask.Until We Meet Again-Off the Grid Ken

I got this at the listed retail value of 500 dollars. Definitely is not worth that. I am very upset considering there is a 40 percent off coupon making it nearly twice as much as the actual cost. I should have two of these for the listed retail value that they gave it to me at.

contacting the manufacturer, there was some back-and-forth, but I’m happy to say they ultimately resolved the issue. They sent the correct file, which worked perfectly, and now the machine fully supports the advertised currencies. The customer service team eventually came through, and I appreciate their effort in fixing the problem. The counter itself works flawlessly and is a great tool for handling multiple currencies. Highly recommended now that the issue has been addressed!
