I don't know anything about a "Deedle Dude", but I just wanted a noisy toy for our medium sized poodle. This fit the bill and he loves it. The song is mildly annoying after multiple listens but what do you expect from a toy that repeats itself???? He can't seem to trigger it himself so that's a plus ... we squeeze it just when we are playing. So, that's probably the best scenario really. He hasn't tried tearing it apart so it's lived for months now. Super happy I found this.

Very soft. Coco loves the noise it makes. Worth the money. Battery has lasted a the life of the shark. Very entertaining. Works perfectly as described. I will probably have to buy another one.

I bought first the rabbit, then the shark, both are awesome and my dog can't get enough! He's able to activate the sound.

I love these toys, they play the cutest melody when they are squeezed. I bought the little shark, the monkey and the rabbit. Each one is torn up in no time. I have a 100 pound Doberman and he destroys everything. The melody gets stuck in your head lol. These are perfect for a dog that doesn't chew up their toys.

First of all nothing bad against the seller . Multipet Look Who's Talking Dog toys . We returned every one of these we bought this year . Very let down on the newer ones. Four stopped talking & one wasn't sewn up good I returned three & my girlfriend returned two . We have several over two years old . Newer ones quality arn't near as good .

My dog loves this singing shark! "Birthday, puppy birthday!"I bought this for her birthday. Usually toys don't survive for more than a minute with my dog, but this made it to the hero list because every time I press the button for the birthday song, I will give her a treat. Over time, she has learned to keep the shark alive so she can have more treats. She still gets excited every time the shark starts singing!!Cool looking shark toy!

The song is very cute, as is the shark itself. This is not a machine washable toy, so it can only be surfaced wiped. Our dog goes bananas over this, but she's very hard on soft toys and usually destroys them after a couple of rounds. The music box inside will break if bitten too hard, so close supervision is needed when your dog plays with it.

I am very pleased with this toy, or should I say my dog is !It is seems quite tough and hard- wearing and my dog seems to love the singing!Although I haven't had it that long it appears to be tough enough for my GSD who often destroys his toys.I ordered the rabbit too as a spare as he likes the sounds they make. I would definitely recommend this toy.

We have the singing Mouse, the Stooges and Mr Bill as well (I have a dog toy buying problem!) and they have held up (and continue to sing!) for over three months which is a major achievement in a home with a German Shepherd and a black lab puppy who considers everything from drywall to the couch edible. Our puppy loves this toy but has a tendency to take things outside via her 'doggy door' when no one is watching so now the shark resides outside but is still in excellent shape despite enduring outdoor abuse he was likely not intended to.I would definitely recommend Multipet singing toys (especially if you have a warped/goofy sense of humor) they are all pretty awesome.
