This small dish is perfect for writing calligraphy. It is important to have an inkwell the right size. Too many people use large bowls that become wasteful. A little bit of ink goes a long way. A compliment to my calligraphy set. Great sellers and excellent shipping.

Good size, I use it at home and take it to calligraphy class. Very pretty! And I love the fact that the handle can be used as a brush rest.
