I haven't used these yet but I took on my micrometer and measured them they are too spec. And I can only give them a four because I haven't used them. I have 6 mm axles and these will fit in a 80 mm axle wheel to bring it down to 6 mm.

Only one of the 16 spacers had the correct interior diameter. The rest of the spacers would not allow the bolt to go through. It wasn’t off by much, but it was off by enough to make this a waste of time and money. Would not buy.

Lightweight, strong and fits perfectly. The edges are a bit rough cut, but for the price, I dont expect spacers meant for professional skaters or anything. 10/10 would recommend and buy again if needed.
