Looks like the unit was simply reboxed and put back in inventory, we set it up correctly but the sound quality is terrible and the camera does not work. A colleague who use the same model came over and agrees it's not operational. I expected it to at least have been tested.

We have had an Owl for about a year, and it worked great. We moved it back and forth from the table to the cabinet when necessary. Over time the little USB connector could not take the cable stress and started to fail. Wiggling it would get it working but it started to become too distracting from the meeting. I see that they have a strain relief on the website. Definitely get it because we switched to a cheap camera and speaker, and the Owl is an expensive art piece now.
