It’s perfect for cooking for two or a hot drink and hot water for a meal. It’s much easier to pour out of than the usual camping pots. For all those meals that you pour hot water in a pouch, it’s much easier for me and I don’t spill any boiling water on myself and I don’t need a hot pad or something because it’s got the coating on the handles.

This pot is awesome. Light weight and very strong. I really like the little silicone lid holder built in.

Made in the USA!! The MSR Titan kettle is the very best you can possibly get! Very durable and perfect size for 1 to 2 people. Holds a 100 g gas fuel, a MSR Pocket Rocket Deluxe, a 750 ml Ti pot and a folding Ti fork, spoon and knife all inside this 1400 Ti kettle pot! Built for life! The Ti lid fits securely on the kettle pot. Very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend this!!

I have a variety of cheaper camping cookware. I got this one as a trial to see if premier cookware is that much better. I will say that it's a lot lighter than anything else I have! It's also much better quality than my cheaper camping cookware. As I only car camp, space isn't usually a problem. But when we go on 5–10-day overlanding trips, space is a factor. This pot/kettle is nice for that as I can take this and a small frying pan as my only cookware and am fine. You can cook, boil water, and eat out of it. Overall, I'm not sure if I'm going to replace all of my cheap stuff with all MSR titanium products but this is a nice addition to my set.

I have several titanium cups for camping and backpacking. However, I've never had one of this larger size before. This thing is great. 1400ml is such a perfect size for all around use. A really common size that most people go to is the 750ml because it fits the bottom of a Nalgene bottle perfectly. The 750ml size is great as a cup and for boiling water, but it is not really big enough to easily or comfortably cook in. That is where this one stands out. It is actually big enough to easily cook in for a single person. 1400ml is 5.9 cups, which is big enough to cook a lot of different stuff in just like an average pot in the kitchen. It also isn't so much bigger that it will be complicated to pack. I don't see it making a very big difference at all in that aspect. It also has a pour spout, which is why they call it a kettle. It pours so smoothly without running down the side or having any issues. Just a perfect sized flowing stream. The lid fits nice and snug and is one of the reasons why it pours so perfectly. You don't have to worry about holding the lid on while pouring and potentially burning yourself. It holds itself on with no problem. It also has a small vent hole which helps in pouring and is a steam vent when cooking. It has a few other features such as silicone grips on the folding handles to help with heat. As well as a silicone lift ring on the lid that also allows you to hang the lid on the side of the kettle. Which I think is really cool. There are also measurements in liters and ounces stamped on the kettle that can be read from the inside. As far as packing goes, it will hold up to an 8oz isobutane canister and an ultralight stove like the pocket rocket inside of the kettle with the lid on.I absolutely love this thing. To me it is truly the ultimate ultralight cook set. At only 5.4oz, it has the perfect balance between size, weight, and features. I am super excited to try it out some more and actually take it camping and backpacking. If you are into ultralight gear you have to give this thing a try. I highly recommend it.

Great , lightweight. Seems sturdy compared to how light weight it is.I find it boils super fast and is a good capacity for one person for a boil in the bag meal and cup of tea.Negatives, The handles could be a little further away from the flame. Whilst the capacity is great on one hand, I carry a 110g bottle of gas and an MSR pocket rocket 2 inside it, there is no spare room for a little pot cloth, or anything like thatOverall, totally recommend it
