My Occupational Therapist gave me one of these to use on my finger that I had fractured. It's amazing to roll up and down my finger and over the joint to massage it. After a few minutes I really get more mobility in my finger. Not sure that's what it's meant for but it sure works like a charm!

I love these rings for anxiety and playing with! I love that it’s discrete vs other wearable anxiety tools. Comes in different colors and pressures. I bought them for myself but catch my boyfriend playing with them all the time and my cat lol

I'm truly obsessed with these. I like trying new fidget items so I got these for myself for Christmas. I have already ordered two more packs. They are small and easy to lose around the house LOL but I know I will find them eventually - and if not me, then the cats. They're my new favorite thing to have with me whether at home, in the office, or out and about. Love that they are silent and love that I can leave it on my pinky if I need to type something quick or text or whatever. I am honestly still excited about these every day.

I purchased the "jewel-tone" rings and loved the colors! The colors are vibrant but give a more "mature" feel. I like these rings for a few reasons: the size, durability, and spiky texture. They are small enough to store anywhere and others may not notice you fidgeting with them which is a plus for using them in the workplace! I also like the stainless steel material they are made from. They can stretch to three times their size and recoil back to their original size without losing their elasticity or durability. Lastly, I like the spiky texture of the rings. The rings are spiky enough to provide tactile stimulation but not so spiky that they hurt or leave impressions when rolling them up and down your fingers. For those seeking more pain-like stimulation though, you can wear the rings around your fingers and squeeze your fingers together to dig the spikes into your skin. So far that is the only way I have found that they can aid in pain-seeking stimulation. The rings are silent though they are very springy. I've had a couple rings accidentally fly across the room due to their springiness but I'm hoping that will less the more I use them. I recommend these rings to anyone needing a discreet fidget.

I bought these because I have adhd and tend to pick at my lips. These do help keep my hands busy, but I gave some away to my coworkers since I didn’t need 10 of them and they keep breaking. When they roll it on their finger (not stretching it or being aggressive) it just pops open, defeating the entire purpose of the product. This has happened to at least half of them, so it’s kinda disappointing.

Previous batch was used for scar massage and swelling reduction in fingers. They worked well and very very durable. Have just received this new batch so hoping that they work and last as well.

I was expecting (for some reason) that the texture would cause a little pain, like pokey pain. But that is not the case. The beauty of these things is that it is uncomfortable, but subtly so. Wearing it like a regular ring doesn't work because its just not a "good" feeling to have it on all the time, but that's why it works so well. The mild discomfort causes you to fidget with it, a lot. Switch fingers, roll it around, take it off, put it on. It's all a subconscious response and so all you have to do is put it on once and unless you take it off and leave it off, you're almost guaranteed to be messing with it one way or another. Can't beat the price too!

子ども用に買いましたが自分も使っています。サイズが自分には小さいので引っ張って伸ばして使っています。伸ばしすぎると留めている部分が外れますがなんとか戻せました。使ったあとは指が鉄の香りになります。
