As someone with ADHD and autism, these fidgets are my go to. They're small and discreet, as well as silent.The only problem is I tend to lose them frequently, so I bought a big bag for christmas

I love these fidget toys. My son has some for when he needs them in school. I have some in my purse and at work to use for myself. I even gave some away to people to try and they all love it. It is so easy to just slip into your pocket or purse and use whenever you need it. I'm actually going to buy them again for my son's birthday party.

For the cost, it definitely is a decent deal for getting a bundle of fidget toys for yourself and plenty extra to give to others. The materials are all good quality without signs of defects, and function pretty well as a way to keep stimulated with one hand while working on projects/watching videos/etc.In regards to the sound made from use, I would say that these are definitely quiet enough for settings with ample background noise or if silence isn't really necessary. The movement of the parts isn't loud but is definitely faintly noticeable for those nearby, which depending on the setting could be a little distracting to others. Personally, I feel a bit hesitant to try using one of these in a college lecture because of the noise, and will find a quieter alternative and keep these for home use/gifting to others.

I always fidget with my fingers, and these are great ! Very quiet, not distracting to others while I work, and small enough to be discreet! I love rolling them around between my fingers, and they actually help me stay focused and engaged in conversations while I'm feeling anxious . They are so easy to use/figure out how to use. They do sometimes break, but my 9 year old sister was able to fix one of the few broken ones with ease .

I am a registered behavior tech and work w/ high school-aged kids. These fidgets were recommended to me by a co-worker and I absolutely love them! They're quiet and very durable. I also love how discreet they are so they don't stigmatize my students when they use them. I love them so much that I use them too. I highly recommend.
