I wash floors with this mop head because it allows me to exert pressure when and where needed. It is not carried in all stores so I order it online. Product came on time. Would do business with this seller again.

Cleaned entire bathroom floor without damaging mop head. Our floor had ground in dirt. The arrows show the first line of cleaning with the mop head. The floor had already been vacuumed and mopped with a traditional mop. The tile we put in our bathroom is very porous and hard to clean, but I knew a magic eraser would restore it (had used a small one by hand). I did about a 12x12 foot area in about 30 minutes. Plan to do every few months.

I really like the Mr. Clean mop but I also like all Mr. Clean products. This mop makes washing the floor quite easy because the mop is flat as opposed to the curved mops. The flat mop glides quite easily over the floor and it cleans much better than the older type sponge mops. It cleans up all the dirt or scuff marks from shoes and leaves my floors very clean. Would recommend.

I can’t even rank any category. Only good thing I found this mop good for is spot clean up in between steam mopping. I steam mop every other day or every two days, we have a large area that is ceramic tile, about half the house. I usually clean my grout on the floor once a month with a smaller magic eraser, and vinegar spray. When using that method, it removes a lot of the build up and dirt. I was disappointed when I went to use this mop for the same purpose, hoping I would be able to run the pad along the grout lines, but the mop head is very bulky and prevents you from being able to get the mop at the correct angle to go along the side of the sponge with the grout. While it is good for spot cleaning between steam mopping the ceramic tile floor, it does leave a film of some sort making the tile look dingy. It’s kind of awkward and bulky with the squeeze handle on the mop head, and then feels flimsy when you go to ring the sponge mop out. I can’t seem to ring enough water out when I squeeze it. I will not be purchasing again to replace this one, when it is time to toss it.

I bought these to go on my official Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Mop, but I had a very hard time attaching them. There are metal screw posts on the sponge apparatus that are supposed to reach through the mop, but they aren't quite long enough. The red things you see in the picture are supposed to screw over the metal posts to hold the sponge to the mop. The screws don't poke through far enough, and the plastic thing is crummy plastic that couldn't get a purchase on the metal screw posts. So I went to the hardware store and bought some 10-32 size hex nuts and used those instead of the crummy red thing. It was a little hard getting them to screw on, but now the mop works okay. They should make the screw posts a little longer and replace those crummy plastic things with stronger metal ones that would do the job properly.

Works very well on our porcelain kitchen tiles that are textured for non slip, making them rly hard to clean. This sponge does what other mops haven’t. I would not use this on anything but stone tiles. Would likely leave marks on linoleum or wood but good on ceramic or porcelain.

This mop lifted off embedded dirt that was ground into the kitchen floor that I was unable to remove with any other mop! The ground in dirt built up over a period of maybe 20 years and other floor care products removed the surface dirt, but not the ground in stuff. My floor looks like new! The first cleaning took longer due to having to rinse the dirt out every couple feet. Be sure you take the time to drain all water out of the mop when rinsing or you will have pools of water on the floor and it will take a long time to dry. The next time it was a breeze to get the build up off.I know others have remarked about durability or breakage problems - I did NOT experience these issues. Do recommend using the extra power mop and refills. It was unclear in some of the reviews if they were reviewing the extra power or not. I have the extra power and it IS worth the extra money. Buy with confidence the EXTRA POWER ROCKS!

I had a specific use for this...the vinyl ceiling of my covered screened porch. The ceiling had grey spots that I thought were permanently discolored, but in desperation I tried a small Mr. Clean pad that I had on hand. It worked, but the porch is 24 x 12 and standing on a ladder working overhead was very uncomfortable. I thought the mop would be a good way to clean the ceiling while standing on the floor. However, because of the angle created by the handle, that did not work out. It turned out that standing on the ladder using the mop pad without the handle was way better and much faster than using the little 2" x 4" pad that wore out quickly. So while I can't comment on it as a mop, it worked well for my specific use.
