Husband is thrilled with the hooks! As soon as I handed him one, he asked for the box and went to the garage. He is using them to hold almost anything you can imagine on the large, commercial shelving units he bought to clean up the garage. The hooks fit perfectly in the "unused" portion of the legs of expensive and inexpensive metal shelving units. Rope, extension cords, hats, you name it, these hooks hold it. They are VERY heavy duty. They are well made and look great. He was especially impressed with the shape of the hook. They are not a perfect "S". One end is pinched a bit so the hook lays flat. Really impressed with this item. Husband said he may even get a hammock to use them "as advertised." One of my highest and most enthusiastic recommendations.
