I have a very steep yard which is dangerous to mow. Going downhill on the steepest part, my brakes lock up and I just slide down the hill out of control. Going up hill, I make it about half way up the slope before I lose traction and slide back down hill in reverse. These tire chains allow me to mow uphill on the 30 degree part of the lawn and mow downhill on the 45 degree slope without losing traction or going out of control. Awesome!

these chains are extremely light duty, I doubt they will even last this winter ,cheap junk! I would not recommend these to anyone.

Good chains but they will not fit the size of tire listed. 23x10.5x12. I got the two link spacing and it is 4" from the tight-ner hook to even hook let alone tighten the chain. I do wonder if the 4 link spacing would reach. I realize it will not be difficult to add a few links to connect but it should fit the tire size listed. If anything be to big so you can cut to size not add.

these chains are decent made and fit well on my Ferris IS2000 zero turn. These are cheaper than replacing tires and actually tear up lawn less than skidding with the stock turf tires etc., i have many steep areas that it just walks up n down now with ease. These zturns have suspension so i do not feel or hear chains while operating. I trimmed them to fit so there r no loose links. I had to mildly adjust hystat lines at the drive motors to clear chains...no big deal.

No more slipping on wet grass and steep hillsides. Work great on my John Deere 300 with turf tires. I removed 2 links on each side for less rattle with my mower..

Reasonably well-made for the price. Well-packaged. Note they will only fit turf tires, not AG tires; you'll have to order the next size up, or use tire chain extenders.
