It works but it doesn’t hold the phone that tight, a breeze or foul ball within 10’-15’ of the section of the fence where it’s mounted will jolt the mount enough to move the phone and mess up your video. I’d pass on this if I were you.

Bought two of these so we can start streaming games. No matter how tight I make it, the camera falls to the side. I had to move the camera back about 7 times in the matter of a 3 hour period.

I had a chance to try the unit over the weekend during a long softball tournament with my phone to stream the game on the back stop fence for the first game. I had to adjust the mount several times at the phone holder swivel part and main knob holding the entire mount in place. It didn't give me a lot of confidence to continue using it for the rest of the tournament.

Works as advertised but you do have to put the bend in it like the picture show to support the GoPro which I use a GoPro 12. I will put thread locker to the base that mounts to the fence to keep it from backing off.

I've used a couple different styles of mounts for Mevo camera but I think I like this the best. It's minimal and sturdy which is nice over the large metal mount with four little clamping arms. It really holds on well to the chain link fence and is pretty adjustable with the articulating arm. The only downside is if you have a fence that is loose netting (the large armed mounts can sorta work there, but this one won't. But, on chain link this is great!

I've been using one of those flexible "spider" type mounts to hold my GoPro for years. It always did the trick, but it was never particularly stable. The thing I love about this mount is that unlike the "spider" style ones that are meant to work on anything, these are made to mount on one thing specifically. That means it generally does a better job of not only holding the camera, but also holding on to the fence than a "universal" mount would.I think for the price, its a bit up there, but if you're looking for a way to hold a camera that is relatively expensive, it's worth spending the few extra dollars for a quality mount. It's stable, relatively simple to hang, and does a great job of just staying exactly where you put it.I definitely have more confidence leaving my expensive action camera attached to this that I did with my old one, so it's been a big help in adding video review to my game.Highly recommended for anyone that wants the most stable mount possible.

I just tried out the Mounting Kit for the Gamechanger Fence Mount, and it functions flawlessly! Attaching to a chain link fence is simple, allowing me to easily film baseball, softball, and tennis games using my iPhone or GoPro. The arrangement is robust and safe, guaranteeing that my devices remain stationary during use. This kit is essential for any sports lover who wants to easily record their games!

This is perfect for chain link fences. It will not work on netting..
