It's too tight for the break lever on my bike's handlebar. I don't feel confident I'm not overstretching the break cable by leaving this on for any amount of time. Maybe it works for motorcycles as advertised, but don't try it on a regular bike.

This is a pretty cool device, though. I’m not sure it stops your bike from being stolen. If you watch videos of people stealing motorcycles, they simply lift them up and stick them in a van. But not being able to roll. The bike will make it that much more difficult. Cheap peace of mind. Works easily on any motorcycle.
