The only option. Don’t do Forman. Don’t just buy the Y fitting either.

I bought this for my 2005 excursion 6.0l diesel. When I searched for the part. Umber for my year everything showed it was obsolete. Even though this shows for a 2004 it does work on a 2005.

It was the right hose for my 6.0 excursion but it arrived three days after it was promised so I returned it.
