Replaced broken original connectors. I was hoping that it would be a pin to pin replacement with no solder required, unfortunately the pins are different even though connectors are a good fit

I normally like to support my local stores however when all of the local parts houses here wanted $25.00 each for these coil wire ends I said enough is enough when I can go on line a purchase a kit of 8 for $11.00 and change. These wire ends are the exact replacement on my Ford 4.6 . I hate to use the word rip off but this time it applies . there are three different parts stores in the town and they all were within a few cents of $25.00 each.

Solid product, fits the coil pack perfectly. Did not end up using them due to not wanting to splice into the factory wires. Was looking to remove plug part and swap it onto the factory wires but factory wires were too big for this plug.

Perfect replacement for the connectors I broke off my coil packs. Best bargain, you cant buy one of these at the part store for less than $20, fit 04 expedition 5.4(Will fit 5.4 engines and others)

If your plan is to cut the ignition coil wires on your existing harness and splice in these replacement connectors, then you should be just fine, they plug right into the ignition coils (on my 2007 Ford Crown Victoria with the non flex-fuel 4.6L V8) and snap into place just fine. But, if you're planning to remove the pins from the OEM connectors as well as these replacement connectors and just do a connector swap without having to cut and splice your wiring harness, think again. It turns out that the overall design of these replacement connectors is slightly different from the OEM connectors, and as such the OEM pins will NOT plug into these replacement connectors. And as luck would have it, Ford does not offer replacement OEM ignition coil connectors as far as I can tell, so either buy these connectors on Amazon and prepare to do some wire splicing, or find some OEM connectors from a (preferably) low miles 4.6L Ford/Lincoln/Mercury V8 at a local junk yard, and hope that they don't crack apart when you try to remove the pins from them because they've been exposed to prolonged engine heat, hence the preference for a low mileage donor vehicle. Good luck fellow DIY'ers, I hope this review saves somebody some time and/or frustration.

The existing ignition wire cable harnesses were cracked and brittle and would not hold the wiring harness in place on the spark plug boot. I removed the pigtail leads from these new harnesses with a thumbtack, then removed the existing wiring harness cables with the wiring pin attached, then reinserted the existing leads with pins into the new harnesses. Worked great with no splicing! Can't beat the price.
