Original product came quickly. Opened the shipping box to find that the sag scale looked to be previously opened. And more likely previously returned because it was missing the lug screw. Processed the exchange and the new one was on the way as I was sending the old one back. New one arrived, all parts in place. Works as it should now.

Makes checking the sag a breeze. Still need one other person at minimum to help, but hey this thing makes it easy. Set to zero and measure the change. Its easy.
