I got this when I was rebuilding my dirt bike engine. I don’t know how I would have been able to properly torque the nuts and bolts on the gears without this and without damaging something. The magnet on it is great for holding it in place as you rotate the gears.

This did exactly what it was supposed to-lock the cog so the bolt could be removed.The issue!? It broke the second time I used it.The good news it that it was still usable after it broke.I needed it, it worked, and worked again; after it broke.Its a pretty specific tool, but a necessary one when you need to temporarily lock cogs/gears on ATV's or motorcycles for repairs!

Ordered this product to torque an 11° Testastretta flywheel nut to the required 330nm/243ftlbs spec. It works perfectly and the built in magnet held the tool in place while applying the torque which makes it a one man job.

Works well, and the magnet is great for hands free use. But like all motion pro stuff you are paying for their name more than the product itself. However, this is much cheaper than the Honda factory tool.

One of the best tools I own for doing motorcycle engine rebuilds. It makes getting tight nuts/bolts out without damaging gears super easy. Hands down can’t live without.
